The hotel is perfect location in the city center, close to attractions and airport shuttle. The reception is available 24/7 and the staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms arenice and neat with excellent WiFi and comfortable beds.

I had a fantastic 32-day stay at this hotel in central Palermo! The owner, Vincenzo, and his wife were kind and helpful. When my luggage went missing for 3 days, they were really nice too assist me in purchasing necessities from local stores. We even became good friends! The hotel itself was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The WiFi was excellent, quite rare in Italy. I was really surprised by the strong signal. In terms of location, it couldn't be better. Just two streets over, I found the bus stop and had easy access to transportation. Plus, there were plenty of restaurants and markets nearby, making it convenient to explore the city. I always felt safe, and the small hotel reminded me of a cute family.

The location of this hotel is excellent, right in the heart of the city. You'll find it conveniently positioned near the City Center, opposite the Massimo Theatre or right opposite the Cathedral. It's perfect for exploring Palermo and all it has to offer.
The only issue I encountered during my stay was a minor inconvenience.
